    Looks like it's the sensor, HPOP isn't starving, ICP and IPR are stable if I tap the gas the message immediately disappears and the gauge on the dash perks up.
    Pricing a new LPOP and sensor monday, sensor is stupidly easy, LPOP is supposed to be easy to do according to dad.
