The TRD off-road suspension rides freaking amazing. I got rid of them and sold it for a full ome lift, but while I had the stock suspension, it handles off-road super smoothly. Am impressed. I only got rid of it because truck needs a lift

 

$50??!!! I sold mine for like $750 I think, but that was with shocks and springs front and rear

Yup. According to the seller he had a horrible experience with a 3rd gen and was just wanting to get rid of everything he had left of it. $50 and they found a way to my garage

 

calculated out all my weight.. Im guessing my truck weighs in around 5200lbs. Now I just need to find a scale

 

I hate sky busters!!! I will never understand why people waste the ammo when the birds are clearly out of range.

 

They pissed me off all day!

 

So the wife and I went and did Flagpole today. Had a good time and some great views. The weather was perfect! After the trail we decided to cut across the road and head up to Reddish Knob and checkout the view. Wasnt dissapointed! Then on the way down we passed a group of motorcycles pulled off the side and ahead was one of their comrades pushing his bike out. When I pulled up beside him he asked if I had room for one more and wanted me to haul his bike out. Well go figure I had taken my bag with ratchet straps out at the house and so I couldnt tie it up. He didnt want to lay it down, so I offered the next best thing. I dont have ratchet straps but I do have my recovery gear and will pull you up the hills and you can coast down the hills. He was nervous but decided it was better than pushing it. So I didnt tow any stuck vehicles out on the trail but I did tow a Motorcyle off the mountain. The best part is when it was all done and he was shaking my hand telling me his name my wife reconized the last name and asked if he knew or was kin to some individuals who happen to be my cousins and go figure he is cousins with them as well, just on the other side of the family. How funny is that! So thats how my afternoon went. Pictures and a short video to follow of the days adventures, as soon as I can get the wifes video to load correctly.

Edit: how do you like those KB Voodoo bed rail caps?

 

I dont have a you tube account. Is that the only way to upload a video? I like the KB Voodoo rails and tailgate caps. It was one of the fiest tjings I did to the truck. The powder coat is chipping off a little here and there. Figure if it gets bad enough I will have it redone down the road.
