When cutting the bedside for the high clearance I’m good with that but what do I cut below the tail light part. Any pictures?

I pretty much just followed the instructions on this thread
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ance-bumper-installation-step-by-step.324195/

Billy might have some instructions on his website (he sent me instructions for the front bumper that was on his website somewhere but I didn't need it for the rear).

You can try to leave it on and try to mock up the bumper with the metal intact.

I wasn't sure if I needed it or not but figured it wouldnt hurt. To clarify, I used those instructions to install my brute force fab high clearance (and not a pelfrey)

@adanfon pretty sure I'm picking mine up next week! Really excited about this. Billy is good people, stand up guy. It's nice to have fab shop that puts out quality products and is still willing/able to work with you.

So I was test fitting the front and rear bumpers. The front I had bolted up and as high up as it would go. What did u all do with the headlight frame work that the headlights and previous stock bumper mounted to. It’s in the way?

My previous bumpers were in the way of those as well, so I cut them out.

I ordered new ones for my Brute Force stuff and it still contacted those points, so they were cut once again

Had to zip tie the license plate to the rotopax today since I still haven’t gotten the flip up plate for the bumper. Towing did pretty good with the bumper for the first time.
