I like the trips you go on and the pictures you take but you keep changing your vehicle and it makes me doubt my sanity.

    I don’t know why.

Yes but but you'll have to swap the passenger side axle tube over, but the core differential "clamshell" is the same and completely compatible.

I’m just swapping the clam shell so I wouldn’t even need to change anything then would I? I’m trading with another member he’s got 4.88 and want t go back to stock

Should be fine, swapping just the clamshell suggests that you'll be taking the passenger extension tube off and keeping yours (which you must do to retain proper ADD function)

I may be wrong, doesn't the clamshell housing for the ADD have mounting holes for the ADD That the non ADD does not have? I herd that you can change from ADD to non ADD but not the other way.

should all be contained on the extension housing. However this thread from TTORA seems to suggest that one might run into some issue with fitting an oil slinger that may or may not be present depending on year. @Jcyr

Look at the last link I posted and see if you still think that'll work, my understanding is that it would but that link leads me to believe it isn't as straight forward.

Upon reading this, it is right. Im recalling this from Silas as well. ADD diff can go either way. But a Manual diff can not.

    Good catch sir.

Sorry for the mis information @Jcyr I had forgotten this subject...been about 5 years

Not the tire forum, I know. I'm about to order some new tires and want to make sure they'll fit the rim.

The wheels/rims are the 3rd Gen TRD Off-Road 16" Wheels (16x7J) and the tires I'm getting are the BF Goodrich KO2 LT265/75-16. Will these tires fit on the 16x7J rim? eBay's internal vehicle compatibility tool says it won't.

There's a post sticked on the tire/wheel forum, this is the biggest tire size I can run on the stock suspension (265/75-16) without a lift.
