What up fellow Coloradans!? New to the forum and stoked I stumbled across this thread hope everyone is doing well! I have a husky pup that's 5 months old, he loves riding in the taco, first vehicle he's ridden in that he doesn't constantly whine the whole time haha

The crazy thing is, you could get a 4th gen 4runner for close to the same pricing as some 3rd gens. Look into NM and AZ for cheap V8 pricing. They share the same front suspension as the Tacoma including the larger front differential.

Where are you looking at property?

I never really liked the look of them... And the GX 470s are the cool thing so they are now staying expensive as well as I wouldn't want the full time 4wd/awd whatever it's called. It'll also depend on what's available, could just be a beater but do want decent gas mileage.

South Park valley, it's central, cheap, no emissions and there's work.

Move this here to follow the rules...

Biggest thing it'll likely depend on is power. A small house can easily run off solar. The shop would likely need to be hooked up because of compressors/lift/welder, etc. But still have to look into that.

Check out the Eastern side by Tarryall River, very impressed (It has trees unlike a good chunk of South Park) once I found this out and Fishing on doorstep.

alright peeps with RTT and awnings on your daily driver truck, do you leave those items up all year long or do you remove them during winter months?

    What hasn't been modified?
I agree with Paul, when it get close to winter and not using the tent it'll come off, for security of the tent mainly.

Haven't had any issues with rain getting in under the cover
