    Sliders, rear bumper, front skid, lifted
    I usually use just about 2 cans, though I've read of some guys using 3. There's no downside that I see in using more, but I just don't feel like spraying that much and each can is about $10. 2 cans seems sufficient to me.
    Also, it's a good idea to clean it off beforehand, as mentioned here:
