Any of you elk hunters planning to be in the Naches area this weekend? Well, I guess I'm technically closer to Bumping Lake. We set up camp up one of the roads just west of Whistling Jack's.

 

Took this video yesterday about halfway through that tow. It's called a suicide tow for a reason. The first rule is always keep the strap tight. So you ride your brakes. Brakes heat up a bit. So the second rule is that if you lose your brakes you run in to the back of the guy towing you. If you try to go around them it ends badly.

Anyone have recommendations for a 4x4 shop in the south end, around enumclaw or ravensdale? Friend's son wants to lift his '09 Ram 1500.

 

I've heard good things about XO Fab in Enumclaw. Never been there, it's a bit far for me.
