We tried out a different breakfast place yesterday. Nice little mom and pop type atmosphere. Bunch of older people there and one old couple had us rolling. The old man first asks the waitress why she didnt tell him he could have got steak and eggs for .15cts more. Then the waitress says something about maybe you are a vegetarian. To which the old man replies "Do I look like a vegitarian???" in an gruffy old man voice. Me and my wife both started laughing.

Anyways it was good food and had some great hashbrowns.

Funny that they never announced it, took a month for some dude to notice it. Great marketing. Gets people talking.

Picture be damned, that looks good. So one whole roll of CS dough spread on a normal cookie sheet with maybe olive oil on pan first then topped and baked at 400? White gravy? Gravy on first like sauce, cheese on last?

Crescent sheet was too thin. We were thinking biscuit next time.

Yes. Called for Canadian bacon but subbed in ham since we had that on hand.

Choice of base bread, gravy, egg, meats, cheese.

I puree mine in a blender with a lot of pepper, some butter, a bit of heavy whipping cream, and salt. Its great but i also don't make it as a substitute for mashed potatoes. When I want mashed potatoes I make em :)

I do mine with actual pizza dough, biscuit dough might be good but I'm not sure it would hold up well. I usually do mine with country gravy, bacon, egg's, mozzarella cheese, some cheddar cheese. Sometimes I add some breakfast sausage or canadian bacon.
