    Wasn't born here but been here for 50+ none of my family is here anymore they all left for warmer weather south and west coast only thing keeping me her now is youngest is at Salisbury for school and the wife's parents are still kicking

    Depending on whether or not this plot has level area for camping or a future build and is perked and electric this could decent be a investment

    It does have a level & cleared area for a camper or ? but no utilities. The cool thing up there is its all unrestricted land, you can do whatever you want.

    Move to Long Island. Beach is never more than 20 minutes away and the hills are about the same distance as in MD! JK, definitely don't move to NY lol I get it though. I sometimes miss being so close to the water even though I pretty much never went when I loved there.

    Yeah I'm not a beach person I prefer the mountains but I do enjoy going to my sister in laws place on the Chester river and cruising the bay on their boat .

    Oh I definitely wouldn't go to NY. Upstate is pretty, but it is still NY lol. I grew up in AACo on the Bay fishing and crabbing and I'm still close, but I've been tinkering with fly fishing and spending a lot of time in Western MD lately.
