My wheeling intensity has lessened, my skillz have gotten better, so I need to lighten my fat pig up a bit. Gonna get a full set of AL Skids.

 

I was thinking full RCI aluminum since I really don't need hell for stout either but I'm also a cheap SOB.

Yeah I did my research today and asked some questions. As much as I want to support local, IMO the are others out there building a more stout AL skid.

2nd Gen tacoma/fj/4runner cv axle rebuilt by cvj. Asking 200

2nd gen tacoma bed cargo net asking 75. This is the Toyota one.

Truckbedz 2nd Gen tacoma short bed air mattress with pump and duffle to carry it all. Asking 85 includes patch kit.

Coleman fluorescent lantern. Needles tube bulbs and batteries. 10 doll hairs or a six pack of stout beer.

Sunbeam/Coleman propane grill. Asking 25 has regulator and has been very reliable but doesn't fit in my chuckbox.

5 Nitto TrailGrappler tires size 285 70 16. These are all on oem 2nd Gen Tacoma wheels and could possibly come with tpms sensors in all 5 asking 600 for the set. This shows the wear on the four in use the spare is similar. These are being driven on currently until they sell.

 

Pelyfrybilt. They have the only T case AL skid for those of us who have done the re-route which keeps some clearance. Plus extra detail on structural parts.

 

If you weren't all the way down there... My mom's 4Runner needs new tires, so I was going to try to work that ebay deal and throw my spare in. Then I learned the details - must pay with paypal, only one code application per paypal account. So it should really read $100 off $400 or more. I'm back to needing a partner like you, just preferably one farther north.

 

We can make this work, it's also for a spare and the way the 7mile trail when I'm sure I'll be up there a few more times before the end of the year
