Sometime earlier this year, they went from a 1 time app purchase to an annual membership with 2 tiers. You must have gotten in right at the start, as I understand most folks who had bought the app prior to the membership model, got grandfathered in and don't have to pay the annual fee.

Ah so Areo must have gotten grandfathered in. I have to pay the annual fee. But the depth of the app is phenomenal so as long as they are supporting it and improving it, I am OK with the annual fee.

Get 'em just about anywhere. I have several editions because we mark interesting stuff, good campsites, nice lunch spots in them and so I can't bring myself to toss the old half torn to pieces old ones.

From what I've seen they should be charging more. If it's expensive enough maybe the parks won't look like Wal-Mart on Black Friday during the summer and people will just stay in Estes buying t-shirts and driving go carts.

Yep, I really think the NP system should be much better funded. Heck I think CO state parks should be much better funded after fishing down in NM and seeing all they offer and are maintained.

For you folks in the Broomfield/Erie area, what are your thoughts on the new MOU with Extraction? 133 new fracking wells (49 of them will just be over the county border into Adams). I'm not a realtor, but it doesn't seem like it'll be wonderful for property values. I'm not anti development, it just seems like a really large scale project in such a densely populated area.

honestly it hasn't slowed down to much! building in the area and stuff under 500,000 is still selling quick in my opinion they keep building new sub divisions over by me and the Erie high school/ they are building a new k-8th grade school next to the high school I believe. every where with homes from 300k to 400k just keep popping up. kind of sucks I been looking for some land I could maybe get into before its out of reach might not happen in this current state might have to wait for something to tip the other way.

After looking at that Fluid Film link, it would be so easy to film it now!
