Id say its good with a good price, where im at, a shot past 40m is pretty nuts. Most of my kills have been with in 30m and i use an m44.

I was looking pretty hard at the price. Seems like a decent entry level point. The land I bought in Laurens came with a free deer stand, so was thinking about trying my hand at bagging some meat.

There was about that much water running across I77 just north of 85 in one of the construction zones. The semi truck I was passing through a wave of water like he had a damn snow plow. Scared the shit out of me. I thought it was going to break my windshield.

Rifle or caliber? I read negative reviews about the bolt action, but also some easy fixes.

Caliber couldn’t be better. There are better platforms for roughly the same $$. The predator @Bubbles mentioned would probably get my vote.

I did for a season, but settled on a m44, that length reduction helps in the brush and brambles when tracking a blood trail... if they dont drop like a soggy sock

    Yes. Flat blade.
    3/4lb 1st stage, 3.5lb second stage.

Watch the video on how they work. It’s different than other triggers.

No, but I'm interested in heck of the "going ons" at these events and would love to go. That's why I'm interested in what the heck you guys do there, what the campsites look like, what the lodges look like....all the above really.

I had a functioning rifle before I did the trigger. They are simple to change later .
