How many quarts of bed liner would cover a camper shell twice?

 

Two quarts was enough paint to do my entire drawer system with one coat, and that was a lot of surface area. I'd say 2-3 quarts would be good for you as well. If you think about it, there really isn't much surface area to the shell with all the windows and such.
