    Pretty much what they said. To fit 35s you need to cut just a few small things but anything larger and some of the wheel well has to come out. I'm cutting out more then I need to right now so at some point when I get 37s, they should clear no problem. I'm also doing this because I off-road my truck and with the suspension fully compressed, big tires will get into everything where as its much easier to fit bigger tires if all you do is drive on the street as you just have to clearance for ride height.

    Just drove to work and throw out bearing(I'm guessing) doesn't sound very happy. Constant chirp while in gear, sounds like a belt slipping when changing gears.

    Supposed to drive to Harlan in 4 hours and park the truck for the weekend. 230mi one way, 90% intersate so minimal clutch work.

    Do I need to switch vehicles or should I let it ride?

    You will be just fine. Your throw out bearing is just that, a bearing. The lining wears out and it turns into metal rubbing metal. Also like most bearings, put some grease on it and the sound will go away. Your trans will have a service window that will allow you to reach the bearing and clutch fork. Put a little bit of high temp grease on both or just don't worry about it. Highway miles aren't wear on a throw out bearing. Hell you don't even need the damn thing except getting out of first gear.

    Yeah just drive it. You said it just started? It's not even close to being dangerous yet, if it were even dangerous at all. Remember when I went to Miami to pick up that red FRS? The clutch was slipping and it clearly needed a new TOB. I drove it 500 miles home and back and forth to work for 3 months without giving it any thought. My truck is another example. Anytime you are in water up to the trans, the clutch, flywheel, TOB, clutch fork and trans input shaft are all under water. That's not a sealed compartment. My TOB is basically never properly lubed and makes noises constantly. As Dave said, combine all this with the fact you can basically drive without it, its just not something to worry about.
