    So here is the plan…

3" Toytec Spacers in the front, AAL in the rear, Diff Drop, 285/70/17 BFG ATs on stock TRD sport wheels.

Now I have a couple questions. Will I have any problems using the stock wheels? Will my towing capabilities be affected at all? How much will my ride quality decrease? Will my MPG decrease? If so, around how much?

Sorry for all the questions... I'm very new at this

BLHM, Grillcraft grill, painted grill and eyelids. 285/70/17 BFG's on 17x9 Pro Comps 5100's all corners
Those tires will rub your UCA's on stock wheels. you will have to get aftermarket wheels with less back spacing like 4.75" or 5".

your tires should be fine for the stock sport rims but will rub uca's, mpg will decrease might not be alot though, dont know by how much.

What are my options? Should I get smaller tires like some 265/70/17s or can I use some type of wheel spacers? If I go with the smaller tires, should I go with some 2" or 2.5" spacers instead? I want to make sure the height looks good with whatever tires I go with.

you will need a 1/2" spacer to clear the UCA.
