    None as of yet
Quite a few users have reported your exact issue, including myself (my thread listed below). I too have already wanted to get rid of the truck becase if the issue. One user stated his driveshaft was missing one of the balance weights from the factory and getting the driveshaft replaced helped but didn’t completely get rid of the issues.

I still have yet to figure out my cause but you can view my thread with info and videos here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/odd-vibrations-2017-tacoma-trd-sport.496393/

After 3 days of being at Toyota, they are still not able to replicate the vibration. They just want me to come pick it up and take it home.

I went out of town for 3 weeks and when I came back and started driving my truck I started noticing this vibration which seems to happen between 2,000 to 2,500 rpms. I only have 2700 miles on this truck so far so this is very concerning. I will continue to monitor it for now but I have no idea what's causing it. Truck is all stock 2017 off road double cab.

On most trucks this is harmonics and a poorly tuned engine/exhaust. Look for any insecure cables underneath the cab close to the drivers seat and secure anything that looks like it could rattle. An exhaust damper helps a bit as well, and I found premium fuel also smooths vibes out. And then as you may have seen there is the aftermarket tune some have done (OVTune) that radically smooths everything else out. Only bit of consolation is that there is likely nothing WRONG with your truck but it is annoying and there are ways to address it

thankfully I never felt on either of my 2nd gens, would have never made the jump if I
did or if it popped up in the test drive. Hoping for some ovtune smoothness soon!

Why are you spending your time and money to fix a problem that is clearly a defective park from Toyota. Toyota is putting out total crap.

Despite the many attempts to hijack this thread otherwise, the OP has the front differential needle bearing problem, which is a carryover issue from the 2nd gen. Ovtune won't do shit for that

I never had this problem on my 2nd gen OR, and if this was the case, why doesn't the dealer just fix it?

Yeah, most owners don't have the problem especially if their truck is not lifted. Very few non-lifted 3rd gens have the problem. Mine was an exception. I suspect many owners also aren't sensitive enough to notice it. Toyota can't fix it permanently because it's a design issue and only a tiny fraction of stock trucks have the problem and if you try to get Toyota to accept responsibility for a problem you've got with your truck after lifting it.....

There are many, many threads in the 2nd and 3rd gen section discussing this front diff vibe/ECGS bushing issue.

Indeed. if it goes away in 4Hi no question about the root cause.

Seems like you didn't follow any of the basic advice because I think I speak for everyone on here when I say you should've never bought a truck with a shitty dealer installed lift....

You bought a truck with a 3" spacer lift and now wonder why it rides like shit and is having problems?? Come on now....

I mean I don't know FOR SURE if you have a spacer lift but every dealer installed lift I've seen is some shitty spacers with stock control arms so I'm assuming that's what you got as well.

Has anyone heard of a free wheel/manual locking hub kit for these trucks? I saw one for Chevys, but can't remember now where. That would solve all the problems with vibration since the front axles and gears would be stationary until 4 wheel drive is required. I would be ok with manual engaging the hubs when I know I will be needing 4 wheel drive.

I did twice, the problem is the vibration is felt mostly through the gas pedal and the drivers side floorboard, so I felt it but the passenger could not. Very frustrating telling someone in the car youre feeling something and they don't believe you.

They "cant replicate" the issue. After 4 days of it being in their shop they couldn't replicate it, but as I drove off the lot, there it is, hmmmm hmmmm hmmmm
