    i'm probably weird, but I don't like sandals that go between my toes. I used to sport birkenstocks, now days, its keens for everyday wear and trails and stuff, and chocos for the beach.

    nah, the toes are rubber and leather, pretty much like a hiking boot. the sole has a arch and stiff shank like a good boot, too
