I don't care. I bet you go out of your way to watch football (soccer) from your country. Getting all sports is only a small package away!

 

Can't argue with you there. I definitely go out of my way to watch Portuguese soccer, and a lot of European soccer as well. That's my passion!

Don't really have a big interest in other sports to get a package though, aside from hockey and baseball, which I already get those channels through my regular TV package.

 

Have you ever even been to Boston?

 

Not gonna lie. Just once. And it was for work, a year ago. And it wasn't even really Boston per say. I was in the Design Center, which is on the outer part of Boston I think. I have a couple that is friends of ours that live in the city, and say it's awesome. They invited my fam to go up and stay with them, and check out the city. I think they said they have an aquarium (????)... good for kids.

Definitely want to go up and check out the city one day.

Any good suggestions on where to off road in Mass or Southern NH...I want to teach my son so not looking for rock climbing but good trails, hills and mud always fun. Cant find much details...links to good sites or suggestions that are specific places would be great! Thanks in advance.

 

I would check out the NE offroad plans thread, and exploring NH does some stock vehicle runs on class VI roads so that will give you a little of everything

Next season we should get together when the Yankees come to town and you and I will go to a game together at Fenway Park the oldest ball park in MLB! Tons of stuff for the kids and wifey(Aquarium, Museums, Tours, food and shopping).

Going to school in CT gave me ample opportunity to with Rangers fans though. Is Henrik starting to show his age or is it the rest of the team?
Hopefully Bruce is going to help the B's ; for now I'll keep waiting until they wake up

 

Definitely plan on it Sean! Make it a long weekend type of trip one day. Have to plan it out with the wife though, since she's a teacher, so she can't take days off.

 

I know there is the aquarium and the science museum, plus duck boat tours? (I think that right). I'm not huge on the city.

 

Aquarium and museum of science ... Hint .. play hooky and go during the day ...not during weekends or school vacation...

I think Henrik is the King, but he can't do it all by himself. I think the team as a whole is failing. Can't put the blame on only him, especially when I think he's the main reason why they've gotten as far as they have the past few years.

 

cough cough, i hate that when those one day illness kick in, but sometimes the mental health day is needed.

 

Cool! Duck boat tours should be a cool thing for the kiddos.

The bad thing is that we would likely only be able to go during a weekend, or school vacation because of the Mrs being a teacher.

 

That means she has all summer off

 

Mental health days are definitely needed. A lot more than I "use".
