I used to work at a bar near fenway and still know a lot of the security guys near there, so if you want to get in to one of the popular bars let me know!

Duck tours! I love them. So much fun!

They are great for kids and adults. I've gone on one each time someone comes visit, and I enjoy them every time!

There is a trolley tour that lets on/off unlimited - Ride it, see it all and go back the ones you want.

 

Honestly there is so much to see and do in Boston that you really need a weekend (a long weekend) to see most of the stuff that you would want to see and then that would only be scratching the surface. Lol.

 

So what you're saying is that we need to make it a week long trip?! LOL

Gonna talk to the wife about going up there for sure. I'm pretty sure she'll be interested as well. Just have to figure out timing.

This site looks great to give you just enough information about some of the top places to see. And don't forget that if you can plan it for a time that the Sox play the Yankees. I'd love to go. I've never been to a Sox game when they are playing the Yankees

 

The museums and the aquarium are really fun for kids. Parking sort of sucks and is expensive but it's a lot of fun. We usually get tickets from our local library at a much discounted rate.

There is a children's museum in the Springfield (Holyoke maybe) area that's a lot of fun. We've taken our kids there a few times and met my parents there (half way between us and Albany).

Honestly, I'd be up to going to a game with you even if they're not playing the Yankees. Wouldn't it be super hard and expensive to get tickets to a Sox vs Yankees game anyway?!

LOL. I think we might be better off just trying to go to any game. I'd be up for checking out Fenway, regardless of who they're playing.
