I did a lot of waffling if I should sell my truck and my pockets got lighter. I'm keeping it. I bought a complete minty replacement bed this morning. It should ship next week to the body shop for painting to match.

    Exactly :anonymous:

I look at that price and think I could get a new trans, motor, S/C, and still have extra over for more mods

Damn! Worth it for all that with only 31k miles. Maybe a tad high. But yeah I can rip everything out and replace with new and still have enough for really nice mods

Has anyone replaced the rubber trim that goes around the fenders? I emailed a dealership near me and they quoted me “28.53 per flare trim”. Mine are beginning to come off and one is completely gone.

It just BARELY cleared the upper control arm. No rubbing at all on the stock PreRunner suspension lock to lock.

EDIT: Actually I lied, now that I drive on it a little there is some rubbing at full lock. I will have to run wheel spacers.

Are the tire obviously sitting to far under the truck now with the increased back spacing?
All you need is my wheel fitment template

They're always a bitch and a half, when I changed mine a buddy and I had to crank on a BJ puller like there was no tomorrow.

I feel ya on that. I busted one of the adapter sleeves from the rental kit I used :bananadead: I like to hear people's stories of UBJ removal. They're always different and very entertaining

We bent the cup for the puller but it still worked, problem is the edge of the spindle is a weird size that no cup will fit quite right.
