I should have a cost worked up by the end of the day for a pair of DCSB sliders with kick out.

I am waiting for our vendors to get back with cost for material.

I think we are both saying the same thing only in different ways. :hattip:

Definitely interested, but guessing the DCLB configuration is going to be several months out seeing as the DCSB/ACLB cover more customers. I’ll wait patiently. All I ask is that you please include DCLB in the group buy if it happens.

I would definitely be interested in aluminum sliders! I was already planning on aluminum skids, so it just makes sense!

I'd love a minimalist aluminum slider like jeep has on the willys/rubicon:

Polished would be pretty damn cool. Or maybe a brushed finish.

Sorry ahead of but what would the definition of "light off-roading" be ? Have not had a vehicle with any armor (minus stock skid I have now) and am looking at sliders and some basic armor, but not sure what is light off-roading ?

That varies per person, but IMO "light duty" is where you're in a situation where sliders aren't necessary. These would be for if you accidentally find yourself in situation where the protection is needed and are as a "just in case". Not meant to be slammed or drug across rocks on a regular basis.

Again that's just my take on light duty, and I'm sure Joe will chime in when he wakes up.

That's kind of what I was thinking too but wasn't sure. Maybe in a few years I'd commit to a full blown trail setup but I wouldn't do that for a little. I'm looking for something that can take me places, but the places I want to go are in PNW so that means trees and rocks
