For perspective, I threw a set of blizzaks on my 14 Mustang before I had my truck, and that thing plowed through the snow. On a 4x4 you'll be set. Well worth the price if you don't already have a solid AT tire

Don't feel bad Bud. My eyes are bigger than my wallet too. Suppose I could give up beer to save a few $$.

Anyway mods are for people that either have too much money or have no sense. Just kidding.
Oy, I just realized that I'm short on both counts.
Just love your Tacoma, you're already way ahead of anyone that doesn't have one!

Honestly, stock is awesome as-is. You get a warped sense of what is a normal truck when you spend too much time here.

I used to live in Wisconsin and used them on a rear wheel drive 325i BMW. It was impossible to get stuck with those things. I was plowing through 14 inches of snow with those bad boys. Blew my mind how great they were.

That's the setup I'm looking into getting as well. How does it ride so far, and how much weight do you normally have in the bed? Also, do you have any tire rub/did you have to cut at all?

    Thanks, truck looks great!

I think that both you and fortis44 have convinced me. Guess it's time to start shopping for the best deal. A little worried about how much this is going to set me back. Timing is everything and mine is usually lousy. Appreciate the reply from you both.
