    But I'll crossfit all day long!
    We can substitute the bike ride for a crossfit WOD!!

    I'm going to have to look up exactly what those exercises are...

    You haven't missed a whole lot, and the good news is it's real easy to catch up.

    You don't want to know what I did to the last person who rode my bike into a body of water. (I was one really pissed off 6 y/o.) I went by WalMart on the way home. Think I picked out my new mountain bike just incase you follow through.
