Looks like a decent house though. Not anything I'd want though. But ill take a 200k house on 50+ acres over a 1.7 mil house on 6 acres.

Plenty of places you can do it, even in WA. Just have to get out of the over-priced I-5 corridor area.

Note i wasnt saying house and land for 200k...just the house portion for 200k
