I'd stick with OEM with a better carrier bearing.
I bet the bike's suspension was more expensive than the trucks! Bike stuff gets pricey in a hurry!

Mmmm, I'm not sure that's the experience I am after... plus I'm not so keen on the idea of hobbling around with my gun while on crutches.

I'm actually going to try and get my boat launched this weekend and hook some fish instead.

Truth be told I'll probably do the same tomorrow afternoon. Opening day is too full of stupid people. I'll go out in the morning before first light, but I don't really like going back into the woods in the afternoon because you have no idea how many other people are out there, where they are, how much they had to drink with lunch, etc.

Two peice shaft has better ground clearance. It may seem minimal but where the one peice hangs down is right about where you break over things and slide down.

My friend put a single peice in his Ranger after his factory one wore out. First trip out he crushed it on a ledge he had been up several times. He had to build a trac bar that was a couple inches lower to acts as a drive shaft slider.

On the ranger at ride hight you can see the shaft/trac bar hanging down. On mine even with a bit of droop it’s hard to see the shaft.

Wow... Is that a complete rebuild of the existing parts or complete replacements?

Ohlins front internals and rear shock. And then I'll have to take it to get set up for my weight

If you're racing though, it's a good investment. I'll probably just do Racetech springs up front with better oil, adjust preload and then play with compression and rebound dampening as needed. My old dirt bike will never see a track so as long as it's close, it'll get me by.

My Yamaha had the full Ohlins and Racetech setup. It was expensive but made the bike ride incredible instead of the wooden plank it felt like before. I should have done that way before any of the engine mods.

Yea that's awesome and the one I'm looking at if they ever answered their phones or called back.... The guy even emailed my initial email and told me to call him - that was after I left him a voicemail.

Hm... that is true - if I can score this one for 300$ I'll take it.

yeah i've heard pound for pound best money spent is in reducing rotational mass, and upgrading suspension

True. But at least in the morning when they stumble into the woods I'm already there, so I can hear them thrashing along and note where they are.

I recently purchased a rooftop tent and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for bed racks that work well for tonneau covers... ideally, i would have the tent/rack over the tonneau cover to keep other supplies dry from the outdoor elements.

Here is my current bed/tonneau cover assembly:

The LP Advantage Bedrack looks like a great option (shown below) from SOS Concepts http://sosoffroadconcepts.com/lp-advantage-bedrack/

    Any other recommendations?

    Cheers.
