    Saw a couple of those at the top of Miller Jeep Trail by Lockwood Valley not that long ago. Some dudes all decked out in hunting gear (although I don't think hunting is allowed there). I had seen them before online but seeing them in person with completely incompetent riders made me appreciate the benefits of the little 2 wheel drive rascals putting around like it was nothing. Looked like fun.

    no it was just shredded cheese that doesn't melt because of what ever they coat shredded cheese with now that keeps it from melting.... I thought it was hash browns when I first saw it too tho.

    yeah this was mozzarella I guess, I didn't make it so who knows what is in it, but it'll all look the same tomorrow regardless

    do any of yall or have any of yall made any mozzarella? I haven't but it looks pretty easy and milk is like $1.28 a gallon here so I could make it super cheap, cut I think it kind of scares me
