I was kinda hoping to save these wheels and tires I took off my old Toyota Pickup before I sold it to put on an FJ Landcruiser, but I haven't found one to buy yet.

I hate to see them sit here and get no use...

The rims are American Racing Atlas Polished Wheels with 33x12.50-15 MTs.

I'm sure you would! Ha ha. I just don't know what they're worth to sell or how long I can keep them to eventually put them on the FJ I want to buy...

You might have some luck on Pirate4x4 website with those, they may even be a little small. Most of those folks over there are animals rollin on 40s.

I'd say maybe $7-800 for the set....

Honestly if you are gonna keep them for more than year or two and not use them you should sell them so they dont dry-rot. They look like they are in great shape so they will be worth a desent amount. That just my opion.

If your gonna keep them make sure you keep them amoraled. I know everyone here hates armoral but it will keep them from dryrotting

They're in great shape and have been sitting inside my bedroom (so no UV damage/dry rot from being outside). That's the problem I have. The tires are in great shape, but I don't know how soon I'll be able to buy the FJ I want to put them on, and they're too big to fit on my Tacoma even with my 3" lift. I really want to save them to put on my future FJ, but have no idea when I'll actually be able to find one that's in good shape for the right price.

How long can tires last stored under great conditions? Should I air them down and take them off the rims, or does that really matter???

They can last a few years in great conditions i think. You should leave them with air in them. I would put like 15-20 PSI in them.

I wouldn't air them down and take them off the rims. How long before you use them? How old are the tires now? How about selling the tires and just keeping the rims?
IMHO, I held on to some parts in the past and never used them. Now I sell them ASAP.

The tires are about two and a half years old, but have been sitting in my bedroom for the last 2 years. They were on the truck for about 500 miles before the motor blew up and I took them off when I sold it. They still have the "white lettering stamp" on the treads. (You can see in the pics). Like I said, I wanna save them to put on an FJ someday, but don't know when I'll be able to buy one. I paid $600 for the rims and $635 for the tires.

I don't know when I'll be able to buy an FJ, but maybe someday I'll have some sweet rims and tires to put on it!!!

I actually sold the truck to a friend for $4000, but he only paid $2800 (on a payment plan) and still owed me $1200 and lost his job and couldn't pay me anymore, so he just gave it back to me. He's the one that actually paid for the tires.

I sold the truck again for $2000 w/o the tires/wheels to another person. (my friend blew the motor up and stopped paying me for it is why I repossessed it).

He only owed me $1200 on the truck, so I was able to sell it minus the tires for more than I actually needed out of the truck.

So these tires and rims are pretty much free to me, but I still don't know what to do with them. I don't need the money and would like to use them someday, but if I never do I would hate to see them rot away...
