Most of the ones around here, both State and Federal, have solar operated fans on the roofs. Do they do that there? Although they have closed down most of them around here now. Never understand why you need to close down an outhouse for the winter but they do. At least the government run ones do the private ones at cabins stay open of course.

No solar fans but they do have a solar light. The black tubes heat up and draw the fumes from the vaults.plus we add enzymes. Kind of an industrial version of rid x.

They do smell funny sometimes...mostly in the summer.
