    F35 = over $100 milion
    USNPS maintenance backlog = like $70million...

    How about one less jet and no park fees.

    It's a lot cooler up north in Arizona but I know what you're saying. Picked it up originally for when I slept on it in Iceland for 2 weeks and Kilimanjaro. Also my work pays for most of my gear

    I meant that your thermostat is set at 80... seems excessive, even for Northern Arizona.

    Oh I'm sorry I read that wrong. It's been like 95 every day here for the last two weeks. My place stays between 75 and 80 during the day right now.

    Anyone have any experience with the Cabela's Outback Lodge 6-Person Tent? Was looking for a three to four person tent but saw this on sale. Its heavy at 23 lbs. but I wont be carrying it just throwing it in the back of the Tacoma when I want to camp so weight doesn't matter to me. Will be used mostly in the spring and fall months. Its got good reviews on the Cabela's website but I'm not sure if I trust that or not. My Big Agnes 3 person is toast and I'm looking for something to use when I take the kids camping.:thumbsup:

    Center pole going to cause an issue either with sleeping area or with your kids running around?

    Price isn't bad.

    I have an Alps tent that is pretty huge, but it's more than $199. No center pole, not all that heavy, reasonable storage. Sleeps 6.

    Yeah, Ive been looking at the Alps online, good price point. The center pole could be an issue with the Cabela's.

    Hey, I have a question. What’s the best way to stow your hydration bladder?

    on the trail I sometimes put it in the top of the pack to keep it from being pinched off by a too-full pack. Otherwise it goes in a sleeve in the pack. At home I hang them upside down over the sink for a day or two of drying. You can find picks of home-made drying contraptions or buy a commercial one to hold them open while drying.

    Just a bunch of old crap
    I disconnect the hose, double it over, and put it in the opening of the bladder after having cleaned it all out. That holds it open and allows air to get in. Let it air dry for a few hours, then you're good to go. I roll mine up when dried and put a rubber band around it and have clear storage bins that I keep my gear in. I've got 4 bladders rolled up in a shoebox sized bin with their hoses and any other fittings so everything is in one place.

    Heading to the Valley Thursday night/Early Friday morning. Hows the weather going to be like? I looked up Yosemite National Park on National Weather Service shows change of snow. But when I put in Yosemite Valley shows rain. I'm hoping for snow.

    I used to do just this, but then started keeping our bladders in the freezer once they're dry. Supposedly helps keep them disinfected and I've noticed less plastic-y taste doing this fwiw.
