I just did the paperwork to get my Disabled Vet owned biz for my side company (work a full time job for another company). I haven't used it yet or tried to get any Gov't contract work, but we did do a small website for the CDC, but that was me being subcontracted through another company lol.

I need to learn how to get more gigs so I can afford more mods:)

Is that place stock friendly for a 2017 TRD Off Road?

Take advantage of your small business while you can!!! Once you can’t use it anymore it is such a pain.

You could probably make it, but i woould strongly recommend a 3" lift and sliders we didnt see the entire trail, but what we did see had bypasses that are stock truck friendlyish

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
Mine are 1/4" steel, and they stay on all the time. Total weight 181 lbs (per the manufacturer). And interestingly, my mileage got better after I put them on, which I suspect, is because of the flatness affecting the airflow.

If its muddy, I'm thinking that the stock tires might be kinda iffy in some spots. You will massage your front & rear bumpers on some of the entry/exit angles.

Others that know the trail better than myself could give you a better answer -

I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I'd suggest lift and tires at the least, because there are a good bit of rocks there.

Where are you located? Flagpole area has trails that are way more stock friendly. I know there is a group is doing a camp trip this weekend but I think they went out there this morning already.

Also Peters Mill & Taskers Gap is stock friendly and close by. Its a fun easy trail if you just want to get out and relax or just want get your truck off the pavement for a couple hours. Great views from the the fire tower as well. You need to get a $5.00 pass though. Make sure you get it as I have been stopped and checked by the rangers out there before.

Steel skids all the way! Don't worry about the weight and if your truck gets heavy enough you can always re-gear.

I have covers for my Rigids. They might fit well enough for a quick inspection ... there's also a place on 29 near where I live that will pass you without them. ;)

I have an Access Pass for nation parks so maybe I wouldn’t need the day pass?

I’ve done flagpole, and most known trails in VA a ton in my Jeep days. I’ve had 13 jeeps, over half rubicon’s, almost all seriously built for reds and blacks at RC. LOL seriously I had a Jeep addiction for years!! Sorry if TMI...

Just never heard of this new place. I love flagpole for the views and camping. Would definitely hit that with the taco stock.
