Not really, as of right now the rear is 3 linked with king coilovers on all 4 corners. Total chaos kit upfront. Fox bump stops all the way around. Interior half cage and full bed cage. 32 gallon rci fuel cell. I just ordered a set raceline monsters that Ima have painted a metallic/candy purple and have the beadlock ring color matched to the charcoal on the front of the Truck. And then around tax season the whole Truck will be a charcoal

How does the truck hold up converting to a long travel suspension? Ive always heard it's bad on a 4x4? I'd love to eventually do a long travel on mine but mine aswell is a 4x4.

I love it man! It works great. My kit is designed around 4x4. 2wd can get more travel but I’m happy with my kit. And the 4wd works perfect. Can go crawling or hit the desert if I want. Cv boots become a problem but it’s worth it

How bad are the cv boots? Is it just the boots or the axle/joints itself? How high of a lift Is it? I live in mountains so I'd love the long travel. Plus I think it looks amazing.

The cv boots tore in about 2 months. But I mean I was jumping the trucks and hit some whoop sections at around 70 mph. I needa do the boot slide to them is the thing. But they are Autozone so lifetime warranty lol. And it’s just the boots. Axles cycle fine with the long travel

I’ve had the Truck for about 5 years and I’ve been slowly building it since than. And as far as price man I couldn’t tell you lol. As the truck sits. I’m probably 14,000-15,000 in it counting the price I paid for the truck

That's not to bad. As long as you enjoy your truck and are having fun that's all that matters.

I installed power seats out of a BMW 328i in my double cab. My word of caution is that you need to be aware of the thickness of the new seats. Mine feel quite a bit taller than the stock ones. If you notice, the rear brackets on stock seats are rather tall, but the fronts are basically flat. This is due to a raised panel in the floor. It is actually a piece that is welded in, and thereby creates a cavity above the actual floor board. If I were to do mine over, I would go in and remove that panel, which would allow the seat to be mounted a couple of inches lower. In fact, I am considering doing that next year. Too late now, gotta focus on hunting seasons, then snowboarding!! But I do love the leather, all the tilts, lumbar, and especially the heaters. But getting all that to work was an absolute bi**h. I heated and bent 1/8 bar stock for the two front brackets, copying the factory profile. I wanted to bolt the BMW rails to them, rather than weld. (and I didn't want to remove the original brackets from my old seats, in case someone could use them) Here is the front bracket

Here is a box bracket I made from two short pieces of 2 inch angle iron, after shortening two of the sides to 1 3/4. The one next to the tunnel was 2 3/4, so I added stock to that one, after creating the box. (Just working with what I had lying around, which wasn't much!!) The outside one uses the stock bolt location, and the inside one was bolted through the floor board and backed up with a big fender washer.[IMG]

I set it as far forward as I thought necessary for my 4 foot 9 inch wife to be able to reach the pedals. The BMW seats have something like 10 or more inches of movement. Obviously, you can adjust the placement of the rails to accommodate shorter or taller. Here is all the way forward. At this setting, my 32 inch inseam legs would be driven through the dash. Second picture is all the way back, notice that the back of the seat is considerably behind the arm rest. I can't reach the pedals at all at the rearward position, so it would work for a very tall person as far as leg room. Not so much for head room though, if you were really tall!!!
