Lift then rock sliders and then skid plates, but that’s just my opinion.

Yeah I made it back. Drank a little more than I should have and sobered up before driving home.

I picked up some nice front bumper gouges. Scratches don't bother me but damaging the undercarriage would bother me.
My vote is skids first. A lift is only going to get you up a couple inches. Those of us with lifts still smack and smash our skids

yeah I agree with everyone else. Once you get the skids and sliders you'll feel a bit better about being out there. I went cheap on my lift but feel its holding up well (no pun intended). 5100s front and back with OME springs are you're set. People on here are usually more than happy to show for a mod day and knock it out. Pizza and beer speaks very loudly.

I will have some pretty awesome pictures to share once my friend that was with me sends them to me.

Lots of great shots of a lot of the trucks.

Fuck no. Talked to them on Friday and they said that the rear is ready, the gears and locker are ready, they are just waiting on a locking collar that only the Tacoma uses with their rear ends... he said that he was going to have to get with the engineers on Monday to see what is going on with it....

Not sure why they didn't know about this over 15 weeks ago....

Jesus, how many times to I have to be tagged up in here to get summoned. I wish I got emails anytime that I was tagged... that would help.

Ummmmmm scratches huh.... well I dabble in auto detailing on the side... so I can prob remove scratches pretty easily. But if you want scratches gone it will require a good wash, a clay bar session, and then a session with some good compound and polish and a Dual Action polisher, then followed up with a good waxing session. I need to do that again on my truck pretty soon, but it is an alllllll day ordeal with all the surface area I have.

    Side note...

Left my 20oz Yeti Cup in the pavilion... and I have your radio in my truck still.
I now have about 10 Yukon Koozies and about 5 more Trail Toys Koozies.

I also now have two jacked up rear fender flares... and need to get a CMC and pinch weld mod done before the next offroad trip...

And to who ever brought that little FJ RC crawler.... I WANT ONE NOW, that thing was awesome looking.

    Also...

Anyone good at trimming fenders and fender flairs?

Rear flair needs to get trimmed and may as well go ahead and do the front as well....
