    I run open/open at the moment, havent needed a locker yet!

    09 was the first year. I did the 4L trac mod and haven't found I need a locker yet except for one time in some deep snow, but that was with the stock 245s.

    I'm sure once i hit some harder trails I would like one, but so far havent had too big of an issue

    I've noticed that it only works once the tires start to spin more than you'd like, probably because it's programmed for 4H. Unlike ATRAC which is supposed to kick in with minimal slippage.

    Not sure which mod that is. My dad gas an 05 so mechanical LSD. My reg cab is a base model and the dcsb is an off-road

    Sounds like we need to plan another trip then

    Things to get me in over my head
    You guys were about a half of a mile from Tunnel Rd when you were parked at the Tunnel. Actually why its called Tunnel Rd. We used to ride dirt bikes on it, and it was technical on a bike, I would probably have to scope it on foot/mtnbike first. A little bit of exposure, and if i remember correctly no where to turn around.

    I showed up the Tunnel around 4-4:30 hoping to catch the crew, but must have been to late. Fish were not agreeable either. Looks fun, definitely on the radar for next year.

    Old Florida rd only has 2 difficult ledges which makes it a pain for less built vehicles. That first ledge is so dug out. I haven’t been up there in a few years but my Tacoma had issues with clearing the front bumper due to the undercut on the ledge.
    Tunnel, old Torrey, , and dodge used to be a fun run back in the day. Tunnel has one steep incline which can be a pain when it’s wet and the person in the house at the entrance has a tendency to come out and bitch at people for using the legal town road. I think dodge got wiped off the map in the hurricane though.
    I’ve been wanting to go back up and do that trip again, haven’t been there in 5 years or so in a truck. Been on the snowmobile a few times though.

    For 09-15's with the E-LSD the yellow wire mod is supposed to help by using the systems traction control system. It's usually only on when in 2wd, yellow mod is supposed to trick that


    I don't find it to work very well at all
