    Still? I haven't been following in your thread, but last I saw you had a new stub shaft on the way. Have you tested that out yet?

    Yeah. I already have the stub shaft. Just need to find the time to install. The key is to make sure the truck isn’t down for an extended length of time cuz it’s my DD.

    Naw. When 4WD is engaged, the rear and front Drivers Side will rotate. The front Passenger Side just freewheels. Needs a new stub shaft installed.

    Ah gotcha. Sort of. I always keep an eye on what you’re fixing because we have the same year trucks, same region, relatively same beating. But I may need the slide rule from the bs thread to figure this one. Do you have a front locker Lloyd?

    Yeah. That's the only reason the 3WD works. LOL. When I switch to 4WD, the both front axles do not rotate. When I hit the front locker switch, it locks the DS axle, but since the stub shaft is missing, the PS doesn't rotate at all. The stub shaft wasn't installed during the front air locker installation. Big error. Took forever to diagnose, because we thought the stub shaft was in there all along. Initial thoughts were the front actuator. I ended up removing and rebuilding the entire actuator. It's practically brand new. LOL. I should have busted out the Abacus AND the Slide Rule to deal with this.

    Fack dude, that sounds like a complete pain in the ass.

    I've still got some crazy clicking shit going on in my front end that I can't pinpoint. I was skidding some logs around over the weekend and it was carrying on like hell. It's still under warranty so I figure if I get it to detonate the dealer can fuckin' worry about and I'll wheel the loaner.
