    Unfortunately I am in the same boat, so I was looking for recommendations. I am trying to convince the wife to let me keep the Taco - it's still possible! I am thinking i will be in a Chevy/GMC 1500 in the next year or so though.

    I bought a 2017 Ford Expedition EL. This has to be the most Dadest thing on the planet. It has the car seats & strollers permanently in it. I drive my old Taco & my wife her daily driver. Kinda worked out for us

    I wouldn't mind that setup - I mean a Dad mobile and a DD Taco for when I didn't have the kids. For the record, I don't have any kids yet. Shitty thing is, these damn trucks hold their value, and I can get a good down payment I go private or trade in. If the truck was worthless, I am sure I could keep it. Hopefully I fall into a pile of money between now and this time next year.
