So I've been noticing a lot of people here using RTT's and was thinking about getting one myself. I live in Florida so rain is a big problem while camping and a RTT looks like a good solution for it. I was wondering what RTT's you all use and recommend. Since this will be my first RTT I cant see myself spending $2k+ on one right now but I would like to find a 3+person tent because of the Florida heat. I was looking for one to be around $1k max but I could go slightly over if it means a big increase of quality. If you could also recommend any bed bars or racks to put the RTT on that allow a BAK tonneau cover to be installed too it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have their tent, it's a great standard RTT. Works good and quality is above the price point for sure. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles as some of the high end tents, but from tent camping to the RTT it has been awesome and I am very happy with what I have! Glad I didn't pay a ton for it either...

If you don't mind second hand, keep an eye out on Craigslist. You may have widen your search area, and be patient, but you'll be able to find one. There is always someone selling one, practically new, bc they thought they would use it more often.

Thank you, I've been looking but unfortunately I haven't seen any yet. I guess I just need to wait longer.
