I'm not showing a free arm rest cover. I went all the way through the checkout and the price was the same with or without the cover. What am I doing wrong?

It's at the top of the second page, for accessories, i missed it too.

 

Ok I got it. You have to enter the promo code twice, once on the page that lists all of your choices then again when you checkout. The $20 does get deducted.

 

Same issue as RichB - I added the console cover to the cart, but when I put in the coupon code it doesn't take the $20 off - Group buy details listed we could get a free console cover or care kit. Is there something special to do in order to get the free item?

 

I put 3. We will see what happens

 

That doesn't seem to be doing anything for me. I get the 20% off fine, but the console cover doesn't come up free.

Are you guys selecting the custom graphics option ($39.99) to apply the logo? I’m assuming it gets taken off?
