Plugs at 30,000?

    A torque wrench is not a reliable way to set a spark plug with a crush washer. They are fine for plugs with a tapered seat. The best way to set a crush washer is by feel, or if you lack the experience, just do 1/4 turn after the washer seats.

    Yes...and rub a little dialectic grease on the porcelain too. I don't use a torque wrench either, just do it by feel.

    Yes,
    helps with removal as mentioned. Also helps with installation. Sometimes a thread will bind short of seating. A dab of anti-seize makes everything work smoother. Just be sure to use it sparingly, and ONLY on the threads.

    I don't use it, but I also change every 30k, which should be soon enough to not have em stuck in there.
