The problem with the darker tints is that they aren't a problem until they become one. A police officer/sheriff deputy who may not have originally been inclined to pull you over may decide that he or she now wants to, because of the tint.

 

Looks really clean and for a good price.

Check to see if lower ball joints have been serviced and frame rust as well

I've replaced these in tacomas that have been in collisions. Remove the bolts and loosen the body-to-frame bolts under the front of the cab(where the cab mount chop is done). Then I've always used a spreader jack between the radiator support & frame to lift the radiator support just enough to replace bushings.

 

Highly recommend reading this. A LOT of good info. I read it when I was still searching for a trail truck.
