    Long enough! Usually we’ll have a thaw in Feb. then refreeze but winter is usually Nov.-March/April.

    I had a buddy from NC ask me what steps I take to winterize my bike in Florida. I told him that's the best time to ride. :D

    Could be worse. I've got a generator, tons of oil lamps, a hand pump for water, etc. Lots of people have got it worse than I do.

    We are o_Ogetting a couple of inches of wet snow. News casters says to go to the hardware store and ask them what we need to stay safe....

    ...^^^... It took me almost 3 hours (1150-1445 hours) to do a normal 15 minute (4 mile) drive from Costco to my house.. it was all secondary roads too.

    It was worse later in the day, especially on the Interstates (news said this) ... Downtown, Midtown & Buckhead were worse..

    Nobody out tonight though.

    Edit ... Power off now due to downed trees
