Tacos in St. Louis area

That’s my fault, I said fifth wheel when I was thinking gooseneck.

Back at the shop to drop the Tacoma back off and then head back home. Had a kick ass time and really dug the atmosphere. I’m going to hold off on flying until I get my kidney to respect the transplant teams request of “no dangerous activities,” but I will start the ground school training in the spring so I can start getting my head in the game.

Camped in the FlipPac last night which in retrospect will probably be the last time I ever camp in it as I am going to list it for sale this year as my wife and I both agree that with the trailer, we just don’t need it anymore. I’m still getting my tray/canopy wishlist ready for @ChandlerDOOM but I feel that it will suit my needs as well as adding the ability to simply drop the canopy and use the flatbed when I need it.

Maybe not for us. Rachael has something on her calendar that might interfere.

 

I think Nathan with the Jeep Grand Cherokee is coming too.

So far I’ve gotten the go ahead from the wife so I should be there.

Yeah but he's not bringing his Renegade I don't think. I believe he's riding with another mutual friend who also has a Renegade but a bit more capable than the Orange one. We'll see how they do. I mean it's a Jeep right?

 

According to him he has a 3" spacer lift with all-terrain tires. 14" of ground clearance and can do anything a Wrangler can do. I guess we will find out LOL

 

Oh, now I want to come just to see that show...

Honestly the trail they take the easy loop on will be fine for it most likely.

Wait, I thought those things didn’t come with a low range capable transfer case.

Just started new job ... off Sundays ! I wanna join everyone this Sunday. I’ve Never been to this event before, do I need bring anything ? Im new to this off-road stuff ... hehe

 

When and where? I'd be interested if I'm in town.

 

Moonlight Racing this Sunday. I believe start time is 10am, people are meeting for a caravan at the eureka motomart (in front of 6flags) at 845.

Jess, what is the closest fill up location to Moonlight? I might meet up with you guys in Eureka being as that route probably has the better gas station location.
