So my truck is starting to get a little slip in the clutch and already has the TOB chatter so im thinking it's probably time to look into replacing the clutch. I've looked into URD's kits already and like what I've seen so far but not sure about a couple of things.
    1) should I get the clutch and flywheel kit or will I be okay with just the clutch and pressure plate? (I'm at 140K miles)
    2) not sure what stage clutch I should go with. Sure its nice to have a stage 3 clutch if you're actually pushing the HP but I commute to work and sit in traffic a good bit and don't want to have a broken leg by the time I get home..

any advice would be appreciated!! Also if anybody has a ROUGH estimate on what labor could be that would be appreciated as well

I've got the stage 2, and it's nice.
Engages a little quicker, and rougher than OEM- which I like, but overall does t feel too different than stock.

Do you tow? Or haul a lot of shit regularly?

Well, OEM will probably be just fine for you then.

Unless you're rockin' a heavily modded truck- weight, or power- or towing/hauling a lot of weight, then you don't really *need* anything more than stock.
The stage 2 is a nice clutch though, if you really want to do something more than OEM.

Also to keep in mind- most shops carry a warranty on only the parts that they install. Dunno if that's going to matter much to you, or not.

Im not planning on using a dealership for the work so doubt I'll get a warranty anyways but I just figured if I was going to tear it apart I might as well use better parts than the ones that are currently failing. As far as mods I'm completely stock other than suspension upgrades. But having a better clutch and being able to support more mods if I go that direction sounds like the way to go IMO. What mods are you running that required the stage 2?

People always assume that aftermarket stuff is "better" than stock. Sometimes it is true. I have 166k on my truck. It weighs about 5,500 pounds and gets used (not abused) pretty hard. I tow with it, wheel it, use it for work and play. The stock clutch is still fine. I think URD offers a heavier flywheel. That would be nice.

Many independent shops offer warranties on their work. A shop down the street from me does a 2-year/24,000 mile warranty on all work that they do, using their parts.

I've got a true CAI from URD, with the calibrator, LT headers, and custom exhaust from the headers back.
Gonna be supercharging the truck early next year, so ill doubly need the better clutch.
I work out of my truck, towing trailers and such, that was a big reason for the better clutch, as well.

I'm all about putting something better (can be subjective) in when a part fails, so you won't hear me arguing against a better clutch! Lol
