I wave to 1st gen tacomas. I give the finger to 2nd gens Tacomas. For 3rd gen tacomas I give two fingers.

I try to talk to other Tacoma owners every chance I get. I've yet to convince a 2nd or 3rd gen owner to upgrade to a 1st gen though.

Not enough to have a build thread.

I just covered the bottom of my truck with this stuff in preperation for going to Baja. We spend a lot of time on the beach. The past two years I've picked up a bunch of rust.

Now the wool wax...it makes your truck smell like sheep. The shit is messy as hell.

I grew up around farms so that's how I know what a sheep smells like...however carry on with the sheep jokes.

I just bought some and sprayed down the underside of my truck to go to baja. We spend a lot of time on beaches.

Like it's been said...it's sticky nasty shit and makes your truck smell like sheep for a few days. It's going to be interesting how dust sticks to it. But I suppose that's better than rust.

do the sheep follow you on the trails, well down there probably goats and donkeys.
reading the product list and through there web site seems mis leading to me.
formula A and AR are lanolin base but the fluid film in an aerosol can is petroleum and wool wax. one being safe for the water the other says no data provided. meaning , What?
I'm no scientist but that don't sound like its good.

Just take a jug of old motor oil thinned out with some bad gasoline and spray it everywhere with a landscaping sprayer.

I put some gravel down so any excess just trickles down and away from where I walk.

For the occasional Baja/beach trip, I think it would be well worth it in terms of effort, cost, and effect.

i don't know. i think oil is only bad for mama earth if it gets into water.

if there's an old person in this thread maybe they can confirm: didn't old motor oil used to get buried in the yard?

of course, if everyone does it her whoom will get polluted.

When you're done you could just put a match to it. It's a little black at first, but that goes away. Just make sure there's a good breeze that day.

Just to clarify, the match goes to the gravel, not the truck, for those who were wondering.
