    New member from Kansas! I have a 1998 Tacoma SR5 4x4 with the 3.4l v6. Little late to the party as I’ve had the truck awhile already but here I am. I picked up my Tacoma for a first vehicle while in high school when I was 16. She had about 110,xxx miles on her and the P.O. only drove her to the doctors and grocery store so it was all easy miles. She now has 321,xxx and some odd miles all original on her and is running strong and hasn’t failed me yet knock on wood. I plan on building her up as I go. Ultimate goal is to have a trail rig but I’m still in college so the budget isn’t there yet. Broke college kid problems. But she does pretty well for the off-roading I have at home, Which isn’t much, at her stock configuration.
