yeah, the tread looks like a bfg ripoff, so should be comparable handling if ur ok with that. Course this is compound dependant

flip the tire around...............its black on the other side

I’m putting these on my truck tomorrow, part of the reason being people say they’re great in the snow.

I was in the same position as you. Went with Generals and they have been amazing. Great in snow, great on trails. When they wear out I'll be getting the same again

Did you put the white lettering inside or outside?

Not sure about in the states, but in Canada All Weather tires are not the same as All Season tires.

All weather tires from what I've seen are all terrain tires that have the snowflake rating.

it is nice............ but once they start to discolor from age, curbs, driving on other than pavement.... they get fugly.
Nice while its bright tho, I agree. Luckily I seen the damage happen on the stock rugged fails.

There are apparently 4 companies that make All Weather tires here in Canada. I think Toyo, BFGoodrich, Nokian & Cooper (I believe). Don't quote me!!!

Myself I will just buy SKINNY BFG K20's, as they have the snow flake.

I am looking to do the same as you the more I read here... I can go 255/70/17 and be 31.1" OD vs 265/70/17 at 31.6" OD. This would save $40 at least per KO2 dropping them down to $224 CDN. Does this make sense?

+1 for Duratracs. Not too loud on pavement; good offroad in any condition but impressed with how they handled snow.

Do you mean made in Canada, or sold in Canada?

When I search 1010tires.com for all weather tires I get tires from:

    Kumho
    General
    Cooper
    Yokohama
    BFG
    Falken
    General
    Goodyear
    Toyo
