What did you use to delete

 

Speaking of coolant lines. Any clean idea of going from a water cooled turbo to roughly a 3/8" barbed toyota fitting that sticks out of the block.
Can you hose clamp a SS braided heater hose?

 

I did a heater hose from the inlet to the outlet. Basically an egr and throttle body bypass

It might kink a bit, but don't worry about it.

 

Gotta channel that roadkill garage somewhere

 

I'm sure there's fittings and stainless push-lock hose that'll work for you. My plan is to use push-lock for the coolant lines. I'll be running off the throttle body though, not the block directly.

I put the new sensor in and the AFR’s are acting a lot better. They pretty much stayed at 12.8-13.0 plus I had a hard time holding the phone because I manually shifted so instead of shifting at 4600rpm it shifted at 5500 into 2nd

 

Interesting. Maybe I'll look into twist locks like how I have on my oil drain line.

I guess maybe just a hose clamp still works. I'll do more searching.

 

I just called off the ends of the hard lines behind the intake manifold. I have a couple pics in the very first post of my build thread

 

I'll probably just do a nice hydraulic style hose and hose clamp to the toyota side.

 

That's exactly what I'll be using for my coolant lines

 

Are you running a vac/boost line to your FPR?

Which grade stainless are you using, and which grade wire/rod are you using?

 

No turbo work for me but i grabbed a few holster projects to keep me busy the next couple days

Lol saw the thumb from the home page, thought "them's some funny lookin turbos."

 

Well they do go fast...

 

The line from the FPR is t’ed into one of the three metal vacuum tubes coming from the top of the TB. It’s the one closest to the TB opening. And I used mild steel on the down pipe if that’s what you mean but here is a pic of the turbo when I took it off to re weld I don’t know why it’s so rusty inside

 

Cast iron housing. Combined with heat, and the mild steel down pipe, it will rust with a quickness.

 

My hunch says thay everyone is watching the World Series...
