You know what Steve, they have no customer service. And they know I've had this problem since day one of the lift over a year-and-a-half ago. I really let it go and haven't complained to them anymore over the past year or so but decided I'm really not happy with the situation so I contacted them, guess what they are very unresponsive and I sent them several emails yesterday telling them that I have not bashed their company up until this point but the World Wide Web can be a b**** and I'm about to start too. I cannot believe the piss poor service that I have gotten. And they know as well as I the kit is on correctly and they just won't do anything for me. In fact they don't have anymore Knuckles supposedly the company that was producing them for them went out of business. So if you try to find their 6 inch kit for the Tacoma it's very hard to find. As for the Distributors they I believe own or are connected with suspension connection who I would never do business with again either.

You can get it from the top if your arms are long enough to reach which is what I did. I adjusted mine down to shine below my low beams.

If you don't have long enough arms you can also get to them by removing the grill and the plastic shrouds. I have a light bar mount, so my shrouds were already removed. Access is easy and everything is very visible, including the bezel tabs.

Well that does suck. The bad thing is bashing does not fix the problem. You seem like a well connected guy. Have you had any suspension shops, fabricators or machinists dig into this. From what I gather the steering and suspension are ok with the exception of the sway bars causing a rub. Would it be a worthwhile thought to perhaps heat and bend the sway bar ends to restore their usefulness and clearance. Have you tried running a few days without the sway bar. Wish I knew more to help.

The place that put the lift on is kind of at wits end and not sure what else they can do. He thought maybe some shorter links might help but not sure. Never thought about bending the Links, don't know if that would work or not I'll have to look at that. The other guy that I'm going to now does lots of lifts and didn't really come up with anything else either other than maybe these other Knuckles because the sway bar links connect completely different on them. He's thinking that the knuckles from this other kit should work with what I have but again we're not 100 percent sure.

I priced them on a few sites....Amazon was slightly cheaper than all, $314.90 for the lights and install kit:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B7MZMKC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And even though it doesn’t show the gap filler round covers, they are in this kit:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MYV47AT/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I did make a slight adjustment....even though you tighten these up mount wise with a Allen wrench....I could still slightly point them up or down. So I pulled up to my garage door to ‘level’ them.

Wonder if you could fabricate mounts that can be bolted to the knuckles just by drilling and tapping some mounting holes or even machine the knuckles flat for a correct new mounting location. A lot of vehicles have mounts that can be removed. You never know you might could utilize a bolt on mount from an old Chevy or Ford. Hard long distance quarterbacking. Just throwing ideas. I say talk to your local machinist/fabricator. Mounts only need to be bored for the bushings which is easily done and milled flat on the mounting face. It would also help you better see the issue by comparing a stock suspension to yours. Then you can see exactly where the problem is and visualize potential fixes. Take a picture of yours and a stock one with the wheel off. That might make it easier for you or someone to see what fixes can be developed. Wish I was there. I think the right guy can fix this without affecting the quality or integrity of your current knuckles. I really think if you had the comparison pictures that you can find, or rule out, a potential solution.

Thanks for the ideas! Here are pics of mine from front and back. The way I've seen the knuckles on other lifts the link connects to the knuckle high then the sway bar down low. The one on my truck from TUFF country is ass20171027_172100.jpg 20171027_172041.jpg 20171027_171930.jpg 20171027_171923.jpg backwards from all others I've seen.

I just turn the temperature knob just past halfway. Not to hot and not to cold. You don't have to have the fan on for it to warm that air up coming from the fresh air intake. Works for me.
