Ordered my Cali "heritage" plates as non commercial

Ya, i effed that up too when i ordered my black-n-yellow plates. I selected Auto on the website instead of Commercial.
However, I think since I ordered custom plates, it will get worked out when I go to the DMV to pick up the plates.
The last time I did this, I had to surrender the old plates to get the new ones at the DMV.
I'll report back whenever they arrive. I still haven't received the first set of plates post-purchase of the truck a few weeks ago.

How many days/weeks/months from the time of order to the door? Just wondering because I ordered some last month

 

Hmm... that's convenient! i think i have to pick them up, i never put in any vehichle info, so there is no way to tie the plates to the truck?

 

3-4 weeks, If you order custom Ive heard its much longer

I ordered the Sequential Legacy plates a little over a week ago. I also selected auto instead of commercial.. So, whats the procedure when I finally get them in the mail?
