Mid morning to y'alls . Another damn day of rain here today, rain total for today is expected to be 1" to 2" and that is on top of the last 3 days of it. On a bright note it is fairly warm, mid 50's today and the roof don't leak and the fridge is full of beer ! I guess life is good.

Got some moose meet coming, one got hit and killed up here a cpl weeks ago and trooper let my friend have it because it happened right in front of his house. Small one, 500-550#'s and the lady that hit it didn't want it.

A couple more in the cases. I'll be setting up guitars after retirement. Small business.

Same here but I have a oldtimer who is a retired butcher and I drop off about 5 cord of wood to him every year so he never charged me. Years I don't get one he makes out good but a cpl years ago I got 3 so he didn't make out to good. Great guy but don't stop there unless you have a cpl hours to kill because he loves to talk. His wife passed away 4 years ago and it's been pretty hard for him.

A lot of people don't use processors up there. Most of us used to do it ourselves, the difference is, up there most of the time you don't need coolers. You'd hang deer outside for up to 6-7 days. Then we'd cut it up and distribute between members.

It was very sad, they were the couple in their 60'a still walking together holding hands. I never mention her when we talk because I know he will start tearing up. You know there's a saying, Love at first sight doesn't amaze me but a love that last a lifetime does ! Y'all go home and hug your loved ones because you never know if they won't be there to hug someday. I still can't think of that girls name from yesterday, pissing me off. Lololol
