Here's what I'm use to using. If we couldn't get one to charge well we would put it on the start usually the 260amp+ for a little while

It helps if both bolts have nuts and fully clamp the battery cable. Fires up on its own now! Check that off the list.

How much does that Rover weigh do you reckon? What do you think your total towing weight was with that thing? I hope those Deavers I got do just as well hauling as your truck looked as though it did sitting pretty much level, and it looked like you had a decent amount of tongue weight as well.

 

Im not sure on the weight, Wikipedia says the kerb weight is 4,543-4,895lbs.

Mountain State Overland's new season episode 6 they show off the Rover that their guide is driving. That is how I've seen most Rover's. I will say it'll be a new hobby but if you can get all the bugs worked out they are a pretty decent platform.

Notice the backwards prinsu logo in this pic. @CBI Offroad Fab now that you are manufacturing these how hard is it to run a different cut file, not to mention the slag from the waterjet or laser or plasma cutter that wasn't filed off before coating and bolt holes not tapped in one of the cross bars, This was a brand new rack from another member but these are some QC issues you should work out. Sorry for the finger in the pic I am a horrible photographer!

If I can work it out there may be another competitor on the market. . It is a decent rack though.
